A team is a shared host tied to a Discord server. Members create and manage raffles together. The bot can post announcements for that server.

Before you start

• Ban Members or Administrator in the Discord server (proves you can found the team)
• Permission to invite the Tessera bot if it is not in the server yet
• Project X is optional. Paste @handle or an x.com link on team setup, use the X already on your Tessera profile, or add it later on the team page. Any account works. One team per handle.

Steps

Members

Team → Members → Discord username, Discord ID, or platform user ID → Add. They must have signed in to Tessera at least once.

Make owner transfers ownership to an invited member.

Owner and collab managers can Gift Elite from the members list — it opens Elite with that username filled in.

Anyone in Members can create and manage that team’s raffles and open Winner Hub.

Bypass role

A Discord role on the team server. Anyone with it can enter that team’s raffles without completing the listed tasks. Wallet is still required if the raffle asks for one.

Not automatic for team members. You assign the role — only to people you trust.

Clear it the same way: set None, Save.

Elite +5

Elite members get +5 tickets on every raffle, on top of Discord role tickets. They still have to join the server and hold every Discord role you set on the raffle. Elite only skips X follow / like / RT / reply.

Teams cannot turn this off. Host control over extras comes back with Team Plans (TBA).

Existing entries keep the tickets they already stored.

Raffle order

Public team page and the member Raffles tab.

Scope: All, Live, Ended.

Sort:

• Newest — created last, at the top. This is the default.
• Oldest — created first, at the top.
• Ending — live raffles first, soonest to end at the top. Ended raffles follow.
• Entries — most entries at the top.

Period (member Raffles tab): All, Day, Week, or Month. Week is Monday–Sunday. Times are UTC. The list is raffles created in that window — pick September to recap that month’s collabs.

Export the visible list: CSV downloads a file, Copy for Sheets pastes into Google Sheets or Excel. Columns: created, title, project X, X link, spots, winners, entries, status, ends, raffle URL. Scope, search, and period all apply to the export.

The public page keeps Live and Past as two lists. Each list uses the sort you picked. Member overview Latest raffles is the eight newest. Time chips still show time left or how long ago a raffle ended. Hover a chip for the exact end date.

Public page

Every team gets tesserapp.org/teams/<team-name> — stats, owner card, raffles, Discord. No extra setup. Top teams also appear on the Leaderboard.
