Shared host for a Discord server — members, templates, public page.
A team is a shared host tied to a Discord server. Members create and manage raffles together. The bot can post announcements for that server.
Before you start
- Ban Members or Administrator in the Discord server (proves you can found the team)
- Permission to invite the Tessera bot if it is not in the server yet
Steps
Open create team
tesserapp.org/teams/create or Dashboard → create team.
Select the Discord server
Missing? Add server (invite the bot) → Refresh.
Verify permissions
Shield button. Tessera checks Ban Members (or Administrator).
Name and create
Team name required, description optional. Create Team lands you on the Dashboard.
Don't see your server? Click Add server to invite the bot, then Refresh. We require Ban Members permission to verify you're an admin/founder.

Members
Team → Members → Discord username, Discord ID, or platform user ID → Add. They must have signed in to Tessera at least once.
Make owner transfers ownership to an invited member.
Anyone in Members can create and manage that team’s raffles and open Winner Hub.

Anyone listed here can create and manage raffles for this team. Owners can transfer ownership to a member.
They must have logged in to the platform at least once. To change owner: invite them, then click Make owner.

Public page
Every team gets tesserapp.org/teams/<team-name> — stats, owner card, raffles, Discord. No extra setup. Top teams also appear on the Leaderboard.
Ban Members
Without Ban Members (or Administrator) in the server, team create will not verify. Ask a server admin.
