TesseraCollabs and whitelist
Spreadsheet for collab deals, plus a personal WL sheet with mint extras.

Collab sheet
Add a row
New row. Project name, X, community, spots, team spots, contact, due date.
Create the raffle from the row
Create opens create raffle with that row linked.
Status moves with the raffle
Draft until a raffle is linked. Posted when the raffle exists (public URL in Giveaway). Submitted when winners are announced (Winners points at Hub). Set Cancelled yourself if the deal dies.
A live raffle you host shows up here on its own. You do not have to add the row first. The sheet is yours — teammates’ raffles stay on their sheets. Ended raffles stay off the sheet unless you already linked them.
Contact share puts that handle in the directory so other CMs can search it. Default is private — only your rows.
When a linked raffle is announced, Tessera can DM you that the row flipped to Submitted.
Whitelist sheet
Tessera wins appear as locked rows: project, X, type, chain, wallet, community, giveaway, won date.
Add Manual row for lists that did not come from Tessera.
On any row you can fill mint date, time, and price. Tessera wins stay on the sheet — delete is only for manual rows.

Not the collab Discord role
#collab-request / /collab is a different product. The first person to submit a project’s X is noted. If Tessera hosts that collab, they get +100 tickets when they enter that raffle. Other communities’ raffles do not. These sheets are your working tracker.
