Engage

Engage is the Discord side of Tessera — not the site raffle product. Site raffles (create, gates, Winner Hub) live under Raffles in this docs set.

Engage turns a server into a points loop:

• Members do simple X (Twitter) actions — Like, Repost, Reply — to earn points.
• Points are spent on raffle tickets (enter prize draws) or roles (in the shop).

Think of points like arcade tickets: play a machine, earn tickets, spend them on prizes.

The big loop

1. A raid goes live in 🔶｜live-raids (a tweet with action buttons).
2. Members do the tweet on X — like, repost, reply.
3. They press Check in Discord → points land in their balance (this server only).
4. Points can buy tickets on raffles in 🔶｜raid-raffles, or roles in 🔶｜marketplace.

Members can see their points in that server with /raid profile. Every server they earned in is on their Tessera profile.

The category

/raid setup creates one Discord category — 🔶 TESSERA RAID — with five channels. Each page below is one of those channels. Open a channel.

Who does what

• Admins / community managers run /raid create, /raid raffle, and set up the shop. They check #raid-ops to watch the loop.
• Members do the tweet, press Check, and spend points. They never touch the admin commands.

Where do points come from?

Points come from raids only — not from chatting in the server. No raid, no points.
