TesseraCreate a template
Save a full raffle preset on a team — same four tabs as Create.
A template is a saved raffle on a team. Same steps as Create: Details, Requirements, Discord, Advanced. Pick it on Create and the form fills in. It does not publish by itself.
Use one for weekly drops, partner collabs, or anything you repeat.
Before you start
You need a team. Templates do not live on a personal account.
What's saved

Not saved — those stay per raffle: Project X, banner / PFP, Google Doc import, exact clock time (duration applies as hours from now).
Steps
Open the team
Dashboard → the team → Templates.
New template
New template (or Create first template). Same four tabs as raffle create. Save. Team members can reuse it.
Apply on create
Create → pick the team → click the team template. Change title, Project X, and prize for this drop, then publish.

Name this preset and set defaults that pre-fill when you create a raffle from it.

Optional gates saved on this template — applied to the raffle when you pick this preset.

Adds a “NEW RAFFLE IS LIVE!” line with this role
Where winners are announced. Defaults to post channel.
Advanced options
Same options as raffle create — saved as defaults on this template.
Auto-draw winners
Automatically draw winners when the raffle ends
Keep team members out of winners
Off by default. Team members can enter but can never win
Give winners a Discord role
Name the role. With GTD/FCFS we suggest one per phase
Make Discord tasks optional
People can enter without Discord. Listed roles still add extra tickets.
CM note
Private note visible only to your team members
Custom entry question
Ask entrants something when they join

Hide the entry count and latest entries on the raffle page. You still see the full list in Winner Hub.
