Account

| How do I sign in? | Discord on tesserapp.org. Quickstart. |
| Wallet and X? | Onboarding or profile. |
| Rotate wallets? | Extra wallets + Auto-rotate on entry on the EVM card. Wallets. |
| Multiple X accounts? | Profile → Add / Relink X. The one marked in use enters raffles. |
| “You won” DM? | Real staff never DM first. Real wins never ask for money, a seed, or a wallet to “unlock.” Only tesserapp.org. |
| Login / Internal Server Error | Hard refresh, another browser, wait. Report with time (UTC) + Discord username. |
Creating

| Can’t change winners on phone | − / +, or type and tap outside. |
| Where did my raffle go? | Dashboard → Raffles, same Discord. Homepage is a short live list. |
| Same title = same link? | Path comes from the title. Delete + recreate can reuse the path — it is still a new raffle. |
Teams

| Can’t create a team | Need Ban Members (or admin) in the server. Create a team. |
| Teammate can’t see it | They are in Members, signed in with the right Discord. |
Discord

| Invite the bot | Discord bot setup — use that invite (includes Pin Messages). |
| Bot doesn’t post | Send Messages + Embed Links for Tessera in that channel. |
| Role never passes | Bot in server, user has the role, user reconnects Discord, requirement points at the right role. |
| Collab roles in Tessera Discord | #collab-request → /collab with the project’s X link. First submit wins the role. |
Entering

| Tasks done, can’t enter | Verify all. Reconnect X/Discord if checks stay red. Raffle still live. |
| I have an X sub, Tessera says not | Super Follow to that creator, not X Premium. Unhide the list: Profile customization → uncheck Hide your subscriptions → Recheck. How users enter. |
| Ended raffle looks empty | Ended + no entry is a short status. Hard refresh if you see an old layout. |
Premium

| How many plans? | One — Elite. $20 every 30 days. Premium. |
| What do I get? | Unlimited auto-actions (raffle worker + raid worker) and +5 tickets on every raffle, added to Discord-role tickets (not multiplied). |
| How do I pay? | tesserapp.org/premium → USDT on BSC (BEP-20). Not Ethereum, not Solana. Fresh address per order; unlocks after confirmations. |
| I paid Starter / Pro / Ultra | Those still count as Elite until they expire. New purchases are Elite only. |
| Do credits run out? | No. Auto-actions are unlimited. |
Winners
