🔶｜raid-ops is the staff-only log. The bot records claims, ticket buys, shop purchases, and draws. Members usually cannot see this channel.
What gets logged
The bot writes a short card for every event:

| Raid claim (Check) | Who claimed, what actions they did, points earned, their X + Discord info |
| Raffle ticket buy | Who bought, how many tickets, points spent |
| Draw | Winners picked, entries settled |
| Marketplace buy | Who bought, which role, cost, balance left, and when (UTC) |
How to use it
- Audit a claim or buy — open the card. You see the exact action, the person, and the points.
- Check the loop is healthy — a steady stream of claim cards means raids are working.
- Answer "did they really buy it?" — search the buy cards for the role name.
You don't post here — the bot does. If you need a member to see their points, they use /raid profile.
Good to know
- Hidden from members: the room is private — only staff/admins can open it.
- Automatic: nothing is typed by hand. No log entry = it didn't happen.
- UTC timestamps: "When" is always UTC so times never get confusing.
If something breaks
