How Tessera works
Raffles, requirements, teams, templates, and the Discord bot — the model.
The pieces you will see on every host flow. Read this once, then jump to a guide.
The loop
Objects
| Name | What it is |
|---|---|
| Raffle | A timed giveaway with a public URL. Opens on create; closes at end date. |
| Requirements | Automatic checks an entrant must pass (Discord role, X follow, wallet…). Required checks are AND. |
| Team | A shared host tied to a Discord server. Members create and manage raffles together. |
| Template | Saved raffle settings on a team. Pre-fills create — does not auto-publish. |
| Discord bot | Posts raffle embeds and winner announcements; needed for role/server gates. |
| Winner Hub | Where you draw, announce, and export. Nothing posts to Discord until Announce. |
| Engage | Optional Discord kit: X raids → points → raffle tickets or roles. |
| Elite | The only paid plan for entrants: auto-enter worker + +5 tickets. Premium. |
Two kinds of user
- Host — creates the raffle, sets gates, posts, draws.
- Entrant — opens the link, signs in with Discord, Verify all, Enter raffle.
You never fill an entrant’s requirements for them.
