Members earn $VOLT through bounties: developing tools and contracts, creating educational content, testing products, running campaigns, researching opportunities, and supporting other members' launches. Contribution becomes measurable and paid. That last part matters most. When a Volt member ships something, other members can bring skills, reach or time to it, and get rewarded for doing so.
